We would highly recommend Master Aircon – Ryan, Bruno, Jacob did a fantastic job. We recently had a bad experience with another air conditioning company sent by our insurance provider Suncorp . We made this known to Suncorp and they sent Master Aircon to install a new ducted system which was installed and completed in record time as soon as possible. Thanks to the master aircon team everything is working perfectly. They even swept up when the job was completed!! We have another installation to do at another property next year not covered by insurance and will not hesitate to engage this team . We have also highly recommended these guys to Suncorp .

We made enquiry with Master Aircon to repair our faulty ducted air conditioner. They sent someone in the next morning to check and provide quote, and repaired it in the afternoon on the same day. I have never seem any electrician as efficient, and their charge is reasonable. Strongly recommended!

Master Air did a fantastic job. Their customer service, knowledge and advice was fantastic. After speaking to approximately six different companies and getting frustrated with outdated recommendations and unclear information, I was incredibly relieved I came across Master Air because they actually took the time to understand what I needed and explain everything clearly.
They were professional, responsive, and genuinely knew their stuff. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of their work really shows. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Master Air nailed both.
I’d especially like to mention Michael — if it wasn’t for his guidance and customer service, I would have made a big mistake going with another company who claimed they had everything sorted. His honesty and expertise made all the difference.

We had our Actron Air Conditioner installed by Ryan and his team. The installation was challenging since they had to remove the old Actron through the roof. Three companies declined to do the work since it was too complicated. Not for the team at Master aircon. Ryan even came over the weekend to inspect the roof and plan removal of tiles and placement of the new air conditioner. After the installation, the air conditioner was leaking through the safety drain. I contacted Ryan and he promptly sent a team for review. On the second visit they found it was manufacturing fault and they fixed the issue on the day. Since then, we had the Air conditioner working very hard through the hot Queensland days without any issues. For me it is very important to deal with Company which follow up on their work and Master Aircon did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

I have contacted Master Aircon for a complete replacement of my ducted air conditioner and their Sales Rep Ryan arrived promptly and on time a very professional person, and after walking me through with everything that it was to be done and explaining the process I knew that we have found the right people to do the work.
Their staff arrived on the day on time and their workmanship and dedication to the job I could not prise them high enough an absolutely fantastic work ( sorry guys I don’t remember all your names but you know who you are) you did a wonderful job for us.

I got in touch with Master Aircon for a replacement of my ducted zone controller. They were courteous over the phone and sent through multiple quotes for various solutions within a few hours.
After I gave the go-ahead for one of the solutions, they booked me in the same day and completed the installation just two business days later. The technician who came out did a tidy and professional job, and everything is working perfectly.
I’m really impressed with these guys. It can be hard to find good quality service and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

I asked Master Aircon to come and repair an air conditioner I had fitted by another aircon company on the Gold Coast that was still under warranty. They were there for 30 min and found the leak in the system and also updated and programed the control panel. they returned within 7day and replaced a large part in the roof under warranty and the aircon works better than ever.
