Professional service completed to a high standard in a difficult installation in a townhouse with strict body corporate requirements. I initially contacted them as they have installed air conditioning in other townhouses in my complex and the owners were also happy with them. One of the few companies to supply and install air conditioning for difficult installations, most I called declined. As they mainly perform larger commercial installation they have the skills to complete difficult installs. Would use again.

We recently installed two Daikin ducted systems into two apartments at Mermaid Beach. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the performance of Ryan and his team at Master Aircon. All were helpful, consultative, focussed and pleasant. I am happy to highly recommend Master Aircon. The Quotation was competitive, and pleasingly detailed, providing an understanding of what was being proposed and the costs involved. In addition, the time selected for installation was shortly after quotation acceptance. The systems are working as expected with the true test coming next summer. Braemer Ducted System. By far the most reasonably priced company with the packages Master Aircon offer. $1000 cheaper and was completed in 1 day opposed to 2 with the comparing quote. Ryan was super helpful to answer all the questions and the installation was swift and professional by all the tradies. I am very pleased with the new inducted air conditioning installed by Master Aircon. They were very professional and proactive in their work. Arriving with a large crew (over 8 at a given period during the day) and were quick in the installation. What impressed me, was all the crew knew their tasks and were safe in the conduct of their duties dispite the heat of the day at 38 degrees. The gentleman that was installing the venting in the ceiling was very precise to his measurements and performed the required work completely by hand. Which made a perfect cut for a perfect fit of the air outlets. I am very pleased with the work performed and will highly recommend Master Aircon to all on the Gold Coast. Every staff member that visited or I spoke on the telephone were both professional, caring and provided a above par excellent customer service.

Mark first came out to quote the job and beat the other quotes by far, for a Supply and install midea split for my bedroom, I live on 3 floor also which made it a difficult install but they made it seem like it wasn’t a problem and kept the cost really affordable for me.
